President Trump is making
America wealthy again. U.S. investment under his administration has reached more
than $5 trillion and is expected to create hundreds-of-thousands of American
jobs. Here are just a few examples:
- Thermo Fisher Scientific announced they'd invest an additional $2 billion
over the next four years to enhance and expand its U.S. manufacturing
operations.
- NorthMark
Strategies announced a $2.8 billion investment to open an
advanced, high performance supercomputing facility in South
Carolina.
- Toyota is investing $88 million in West Virginia to boost
their hybrid vehicle output.
- GE Aerospace announced a $1 billion investment in
U.S.-based manufacturing across 16 states — creating 5,000 new jobs.
- Chobani is building its third U.S. dairy processing plant in
New York, investing $1.2 billion to do so. They expect to create more than
1,000 full-time jobs.
- Guardian
Bikes announced a $19 million investment to bring bike
manufacturing back to America.
- Johnson
& Johnson pledged to invest $55 billion in the U.S. over
the next four years to expand their manufacturing, research and
development, and technology.
- Abbott
Laboratories announced a $500 million investment in
manufacturing and research and development capabilities at plants in
Illinois and Texas by the end of the year. They will hire up to 300 workers across both
states.
- Apple committed to investing $500 billion in U.S.-based
manufacturing and training over the next four years.
- Eli Lilly
and Company announced a $27 billion investment in
U.S.-based manufacturing.
- TSMC announced a $100 billion investment
in U.S.-based chips manufacturing.
- Cra-Z-Art,
the biggest toymaker in the U.S., said it will move a “large
percentage” of its China-based manufacturing back home.
- President
Trump announced a $500 billion private
investment led by OpenAI, Oracle, and Softbank in artificial intelligence
infrastructure.
- Nvidia announced it will invest hundreds of
billions of dollars over the next four years in its U.S.-based
manufacturing operations.
- DAMAC
Properties announced a $20 billion investment in
new U.S.-based data centers.
- CMA CGM, a
global shipping giant, announced a $20 billion investment in
U.S. shipping and logistics, which will create 10,000 new American jobs.
- Clarios, a
leader in low-voltage energy storage, announced a $6 billion plan to expand
its U.S.-based manufacturing.
- Merck announced it will invest $8 billion
in the U.S. over the next several years after opening its new $1 billion
North Carolina manufacturing facility.
- Stellantis announced a $5 billion investment in
its U.S. manufacturing network — including re-opening an Illinois
manufacturing plant — amid its pledge to increase domestic vehicle
production.
- Automakers Honda, Nissan, and Hyundai are expected to shift
production to the U.S. from factories abroad.
- Prepac, a
Canadian furniture manufacturer, announced it will move production
from Canada to the U.S.

American workers can celebrate all the new opportunities coming their way. It's
less than 100 days into his administration and President Trump's policies are
already working.
