A stay at SCOTUS, the RNC will keep fighting for workers

In a big victory for the rights of workers across the country, the Supreme Court has blocked the enforcement of Biden’s unconstitutional vaccine mandate for private businesses, announcing a stay this afternoon.

The Republican National Committee is proud to have played a major role, along with Republican Attorneys General, small businesses, and conservative groups across the country, in this battle to protect the fundamental rights of American businesses and workers:

• When Biden announced the vaccine mandate in September, the RNC announced its intent to sue to block the mandate within hours.
• When the Biden administration laid out the details of the unconstitutional mandate, the RNC was ready, filing a stay petition in D.C. Circuit Court to challenge this unlawful overreach from the Biden administration almost immediately.

But as noted by RNC Chairman Ronna McDaniel, “The fight is not over.” As long as Biden is attacking the rights of workers and businesses across the country, the RNC will be there to fight back.

The Supreme Court issued a stay blocking the Biden administration’s authoritarian vaccine mandate for private businesses.
