The Senate just voted to overturn Biden’s student loan bailout, following the lead of the House Republican majority.
If Biden actually cared about reducing inflation and siding with the majority of the American people, he would sign the legislation and abandon his terrible plan. But he won’t.
Reminder: Taxpayers who didn’t go to college are paying for this bailout. The administration readily admits people who sacrificed and scraped to pay off their student loans don’t benefit at all. To add insult to injury, experts warn the entire program is “ripe” for fraud and could raise tuition, leading to more borrowing in the future.
