Will Joe Biden abandon Americans in Afghanistan?
In today’s briefing, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan refused to commit to evacuating all Americans from Afghanistan. Press Secretary Jen Psaki also refused.

This comes after Biden administration spokesperson John Kirby admitted this morning that there is no plan to reach Americans that are prevented from getting to the airport.
Sullivan said their botched withdrawal was a “considered judgement,” he insisted they had planned for all contingencies, and claimed they knew the fall of Kabul was “possible.”
If that is true, why Biden’s comments in July? Why the scenes of chaos at the airport? Why the dangerously rushed evacuation of the embassy? Why the billions of dollars-worth of American weapons lost to the Taliban? Most importantly, why will they not commit to safely evacuating all Americans from Afghanistan?
Either they know their plan failed and are lying, or their plan didn’t include getting every American out during their botched withdrawal. Neither option is acceptable.
