Biden adds insult to injury in Georgia

Rapid Response

Joe Biden is adding insult to injury by marking his 100th day in Atlanta, the same city he helped lead a boycott of.

REMINDER: Biden spread lies about Georgia’s election law while expressing support for a boycott of the state, and he did so KNOWING that it would hurt workers and businesses the most.

As a result, Georgia’s businesses lost $100 million in “desperately needed” revenue. Instead of holding a rally with Sen. Raphael Warnock, who has admitted to spreading misinformation about the law, he should apologize.

  • He should apologize to Darrell Anderson, the owner of a limousine business in Atlanta, who said, “The $100 million in revenue to this area was going to be the opportunity for all of us to recover some of the losses that we incurred during the pandemic.  Now, not only is that revenue gone, we may lose even more because conventions that were planned for Atlanta are now up in the air thanks to this decision by the MLB.”

  • He should apologize to Tudy Rodney, who works at Rodney’s Jamaican Soul Food, a restaurant struggling to recover: “We’re trying to build back from a pandemic that happened last year, and something like this is not good for business. Rodney’s will suffer.

  • He should apologize to Andy Erbacher of AJ’s Famous Seafood & Poboys, who was looking to the All-Star game for a boost: “We’ve got ourselves through COVID…and we’re looking forward to going up, instead of going back down.”

By backing the left’s woke mob, Biden inflicted real pain on hundreds of businesses and workers. The only reason Biden should be headed to Atlanta on his 100th day is if he finally plans to retract his lies and apologize.
