There’s a good reason why Kamala Harris is never described as a foreign policy expert: she isn’t.

KAMALA HARRIS: "Don't" pic.twitter.com/3yvDm1zAtr
In an interview with 60 Minutes last night, Harris was presented with a golden opportunity to demonstrate American leadership on the global stage and universally condemn the barbarity of the Iranian regime.
Instead, Harris simply echoed Biden’s oft-recycled line: “Don’t.”
It does not appear the Iranians are listening. Even after the October 7 attacks on Israel by Iran-backed Hamas, the Biden administration wrongly insisted there was no evidence of Iran’s involvement.
That was a green light for the ayatollah, whose proxies have attacked U.S. forces in Syria and Iraq 23 times in just the past two weeks — and dozens more times since the beginning of the year. Instead of the “deterrence” Biden officials promised, Iran-backed militias continue their attacks.
Why would they listen? Since day one, the Biden administration has emboldened and enriched Iran by relaxing sanctions, pursuing a doomed nuclear deal, and unlocking billions of dollars with zero accountability.
We’re in a “moment of historic danger,” as Axios put it — but Democrats aren’t sending their best.
