Biden brings higher prices to Pennsylvania

While Biden is in Pennsylvania today, he should spend some time actually speaking to Pennsylvanians “sounding the alarm” about his hidden tax of rising prices.

Pennsylvanians like in his “hometown” of Scranton:

  • Joe Fasula, co-owner of Gerrity’s Supermarkets: “We’re seeing, again, 10 to 15 percent increases … Everything that we are experiencing now is unprecedented.”
  • Mike Moletsky, owner of Moletsky’s Auto Sales: “This is probably the worst it’s been in a long time.”
  • Kevin Santiago, Pennsylvania resident: “My car usually takes around $25 to fill up, it's $10 more.”
  • Kathy Opshinsky, Pennsylvania resident: “I might not buy as much of something, like for two weeks. I might just buy like a week at a time instead of buying in bulk.”
  • Lisa Cohowicz, general manager of the Northeast Pennsylvania Auto Association, on high vehicle prices: “Yes, yes they’re outrageous.”
  • Peter Ventura, co-owner of Coney Island Lunch: “Boy when things go up, it hits immediately … Like hot dogs, they’ve gone up. Our hamburgers, our chili sauce cause that’s made with ground beef … I’m going to have to raise prices, there’s no way to get around it.”

With the largest consumer price hikes in decades, Americans are feeling “the inflation pinch” everywhere and on almost everything.

And to add insult to injury, in the Lehigh Valley, where Biden is today, his economic policies have done little but leave workers high and dry. Employees at Windkits LLC, the Dixie Cup plant, and Dun & Bradstreet are all losing or seeing their jobs outsourced from the area.

Democrats may not care about rising prices, but Pennsylvanians do. And what’s to blame for this hidden tax? Biden and the Democrats’ reckless spending and socialist schemes.
