Another inflation indicator released today proves prices are still too darn high. August’s Producer Price Index rose by 8.7% from last year, marking the 17th straight month that wholesale inflation has been above 5% year-over-year.
It’s yet another indicator showing that Biden’s “celebration” yesterday was a slap in the face to millions of Americans struggling to afford gas, groceries, housing, and other basic necessities.
In fact, according to a new Harvard-Harris poll, 54% of Americans say their financial situation is actively “getting worse” as real wages decline and families are poorer than when Biden took office.
Yet Biden says his plan is “working” and worthy of “celebrating”? Sounds like he is trying to make families poorer on purpose.
