Biden’s foreign trip is already off to a humiliating start.
Biden confirmed what Kerry said earlier this month – that even though he stood up in the East Room of the White House to announce it, he was ignorant of the details of the U.S. submarine deal with Australia and the U.K. that led to France recalling their ambassador.

Today: Biden confirmed during a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron, “I was under the impression certain things had happened that hadn't happened."

Maybe this ignorance can explain why he appointed John Kerry as climate czar as Kerry has a $1 million stake in a private equity fund that's a “major shareholder in a solar panel company linked to” abuses of the Uyghurs. That financial interest certainly puts Kerry’s absurd insistence that it’s a “tough choice” whether or not to buy solar panels produced with slave labor in new light.
It’s time to put to bed the myth that foreign policy is Biden’s “expertise.” It’s not, he’s all but admitted it himself.
