Why do Joe Biden’s COVID travel restrictions not apply to illegal immigrants?
Biden might be purposefully ignoring it, but his border crisis is just as bad as ever.
NEW: In one 24 hour span here in the Rio Grande Valley sector over the weekend, there were 2,284 illegal immigrants encountered, per DHS source. Since October 1st, there have already been 101,808 encounters here, up 163% from same time last year. 9,500+ known gotaways. @FoxNews

For months, the Biden administration has struggled to explain why there is no testing or vaccine requirement at the border, and why restrictions only apply to Americans but not to illegal immigrants. They’ve struggled because there is no good answer.
Charities, officials, community leaders, and border groups have been warning about the spread of COVID at the border for months, but as retired U.S. Border Patrol Chief of Staff Salvador Zamora noted, Biden has done nothing but double down on failure: “There are no new measures in place that have stemmed the flow of people into the U.S. … When you have large volumes of people migrating from Africa or from Europe to Central and South America into Mexico and then into the care of Border Patrol personnel now without any slowing efforts in sight, it's extremely concerning.”
As reported by the New York Times, border agents have encountered illegal immigrants from 160 countries. The U.S. is the top destination for migrants worldwide, and where do many attempt to enter? The southern border. Hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants have been released into the U.S. since Biden took office – 95,000 weren’t even processed let alone tested for COVID.
This border crisis is global. How can Biden expect to stem the flow of COVID into this country when he has thrown the door wide open? The answer: He can’t.
