Biden doesn't care about Eagle Pass, Texas

While Democrats fixated on Martha’s Vineyard, hundreds of illegal immigrants crossed the border into Eagle Pass, Texas on Friday. In this sector alone, over 450,000 illegal immigrants have crossed the border this fiscal year.

But Biden is silent. He does not care about Eagle Pass, or the people who are living there:

• Fire Department Chief Manuel Mello: “I don’t see any end in sight... [Biden] needs to do something.”
  • Mello: “It’s almost like a war zone.”
  • Democrat Mayor Pro-Tem Yolanda Ramon: “We don't have the infrastructure. We don't have the facilities.”
• Ramon: “[Biden choosing to not visit the border] sends a huge message for us. We are being totally ignored here at the border.”
• Small business owner Selena Buentello Price: “We’re completely overrun…helpless…You don’t feel safe at home anymore.”
• An Eagle Pass resident: “They are robbing stuff…or stealing your things, that is what concerns me.”
• A small business owner: “Several weapons I need to have [in my business] because I don’t feel safe.”
• The operator of a woman-owned business: “We used to close our business at 9, we now close at 7.”
• An Eagle Pass resident: “Pretty much every day you see groups walking along the side of the road, you see groups in front of gas stations.”
• Eddie Sanchez, a gym owner: “If we can go back to how it was when there was a very minimum coming through, that’s what I want to go back to.”

Joe Biden and Democrats in D.C. – including Mark Kelly, Maggie Hassan, Raphael Warnock, and Catherine Cortez Masto – have made it crystal clear. They don’t care about Americans living along the border or communities that have been suffering under Biden’s border crisis for over 17 months.
