With his unconstitutional, authoritarian vaccine mandate for private businesses set to take effect in January, Biden is punishing hardworking Americans for his own failure to deliver.
Biden repeatedly lied about forcing a vaccine mandate on businesses and workers:
- For months, Biden insisted he would not impose a vaccine mandate.
- In May, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said she “wouldn’t anticipate” a vaccine requirement on the private sector.
- In July, she claimed a federal vaccine mandate was “not a decision that we are making.”
- In July, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky promised “no federal mandate.”

Biden’s mandate will hurt the economy:
- As many as 72% of unvaccinated workers could leave their jobs in the event of mandated vaccinations.
- Biden’s mandate does not include an exemption for the trucking industry, which is already facing major driver shortages – potentially crippling the supply chain even more.
- In New York City, where Democrats have already implemented a vaccine mandate, the jobs of thousands of first responders remain in jeopardy.
Republicans are fighting back:
- The Republican National Committee is suing the Biden administration over its unlawful, authoritarian mandate.
- Republican attorneys general across the country filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration.
President Trump handed Biden multiple safe, highly effective vaccines in record time – and a distribution plan to go with it.
But Biden failed to do his job, so now he wants Americans to lose their jobs.
