The Biden administration is openly GLEEFUL that the fossil fuel industry is losing jobs.
Biden climate advisor Gina McCarthy openly bragged that in 2021 American oil producers lost over 31,000 jobs and American coal producers lost over 7,000 jobs.
The reason is clear: Biden has waged war on American energy since day one. Biden promised to “end” fossil fuels. Climate Czar John Kerry said jobs needed to be “sacrificed.”
That’s why they are so happy about tens of thousands of Americans losing their livelihoods. The pain was the whole point of their policies … just ask the Americans who lost their jobs when Biden canceled the Keystone XL pipeline. Unfortunately, if Biden gets his way the livelihoods of 1 million more workers are next on the chopping block.
