On top of that, Kelly voted against ensuring appropriate medical care is given to babies that survive abortion and he opposed stopping discriminatory abortion based on Down Syndrome diagnosis.
Abortion is one of the most difficult issues imaginable, and should be approached with love and compassion for mothers and babies. Defaulting to the position of China and North Korea, as Biden & Kelly want to do, is the exact wrong approach.
