Joe Biden just told graduates of a historically Black college that when he was growing up in Delaware, he helped “desegregate restaurants and movie theaters” after attending services at a Black church.
This is all a lie, one he’s told over and over and over and over again.
But don’t take it from us, take it from Joe Biden in 1987:

Biden didn’t attend a Black church. He wasn’t out marching for civil rights as a teen.
What he was doing, decades later, was befriending white supremacists and destroying millions of Black lives.
That’s Joe Biden’s record. It’s not one of civil rights. It’s one of lies, racism, and destruction.
