Biden LIES From The Pulpit

Biden, in an angry speech at Mother Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, just claimed he “started a civil rights movement” at a Black church in Wilmington, Delaware.

Needless to say, Biden was lying — again.

“I’ve spent more time in the Bethel AME Church in Wilmington, Delaware, than most people I know, Black or white, have spent in that church … because that’s where I started a civil rights movement,” Biden said today.

Biden was repeating a variation of a lie he has told over and over and over and over again — but there are two problems with the story:

1. Longtime congregants of Black churches in Wilmington have zero recollection of him attending as a child.
2. Biden was never a civil rights activist; that’s just a “really, really weird” lie Biden has been repeating for decades.
   1. Biden himself admitted in 1987: “I was not an activist … I was not out marching. I was not down in Selma. I was not anywhere else. I was a suburbanite kid…”

Of course, Biden is a chronic liar who uses made-up experiences to feign empathy. He wasn’t out “marching” for civil rights as a teenager. He never helped “desegregate restaurants and movie theaters.” He wasn’t “arrested” protesting for civil rights.

He was, however, befriending notorious segregationists, trafficking in casual racism, and destroying the lives of Black Americans.

Will Biden be called out on this disgraceful lie?

Probably not.
