Biden: the absentee president

Joe Biden won’t hold a press conference. He won’t recognize the border crisis. He won’t even visit the border.

Biden has time for a politically motivated tour to promote his $1.9 trillion dollar boondoggle – which only spends 9% on directly fighting COVID-19 and only 1% on vaccines – but has no plans to visit the border despite the crisis created by his policies.

 As ABC reports, there is “total mayhem” at the border, and even Democrats are “growing increasingly frustrated” as Biden continues to stick his head in the sand.

This is becoming a pattern. On issue after issue, Biden is abandoning the American people, leaving them to deal with the consequences of his terrible policies:

  • He is abandoning border communities as his policies lead to a surge in illegal immigration.
  • He is abandoning parents and students as he kowtows to special interests and slow-walks on reopening schools.
  • He is abandoning workers as his anti-American energy polices destroy their livelihoods.

He is the absentee president.  Americans deserve better.
