The Biden administration is literally taking a victory lap on gas prices.
Biden economic advisor Brian Deese took to the airways this morning to insist that the recent $0.50 decline in a gallon of gas is saving the typical American household “$50 a month.”
If they want credit, let’s look at the credit they really deserve. Gas prices are up over $2.00 a gallon since Biden took office. By the administration’s own logic, Biden hasn’t saved anyone money on gas – he’s actually costing the average American family over $200 more per month on gas.
And what caused the #BidenGasHike? Biden’s war on American energy. $200 stripped from Americans’ pocketbooks every month…that’s a bizarre thing for the Biden administration to brag about.
