That’s exactly what Putin ordered yesterday, but the White House has responded with continued mixed messaging. Biden claims they saw this coming, but it took hours and hours for a Biden official to call Putin’s actions what they are – an invasion. Media outlets, commentators, Republicans and even Democrat allies like Bob Menendez and Chris Coons called Biden out.
This hedging raises a serious question: Did Biden mean it when he gave the “green light” to a “minor incursion” into Ukraine?
