Biden's economic myth busted

Rapid Response

Joe Biden promised that if we spent $1.9 trillion on a far-left wish list, our economy would take off.

His economic myth has been busted, and the American people are worse off because of it.

Promises:

  • Biden on March 11: The $1.9 trillion wish list “funds all the steps I’ve just described to beat the virus.”
  • Biden on March 25: The $1.9 trillion wish list “was passed, a majority — a majority of economic forecasters have significantly increased their projections on the economic growth that’s going to take place this year. They’re now projecting it will exceed 6 percent — a 6 percent growth in GDP.”

Reality:

Meanwhile, prices are rising at the fastest pace in decades, shortages are hitting shoppers hard amid an unprecedented supply chain crisis, and real wages are DOWN for workers.

What’s the lesson learned? As Biden tries to sell his trillions more in wasteful socialist spending, remember how wrong he’s been – you can’t trust a thing he says! The last time Democrats put together a reconciliation framework, the Tax Foundation said it would make 80% of taxpayers POORER.

Don’t let Biden fool you. He promised to help Americans, but all he’s done is wage war on your wallet.
