Biden's growing food crisis

Rapid Response

Nearly half of Americans are struggling to afford food after grocery prices surged 13.5% from last year –  the fastest pace since 1979.

This is according to a new survey from the consumer data firm Dunnhumby, which found that 18% of Americans say they are not getting enough to eat, and another 31% say they are skipping meals or cutting portions.

64% of Americans now say they could not afford an unexpected $400 expense, an increase from May.

This is Joe Biden’s food crisis, but far from recognizing the problem, he gruffly insists hungry Americans need “perspective.” Too bad his so-called “Inflation Reduction Act” does nothing to reduce these prices and sends 87,000 IRS enforcers after Americans instead.
