So if the Biden administration will not be funding “safe smoking kits” in Boston, Washington, D.C., Baltimore, New York City, or Richmond, where will they be? Can they point to the “safe smoking kits” that don’t have crack pipes they will be funding?
More importantly, why in the world is Biden using taxpayer-funded “COVID relief” for “safe smoking kits”? They have spent the last few months insisting they are running out of money for masks, tests, and vaccines!
Apparently, the only thing Biden has enough money for are crack pipes.
