Joe Biden’s White House is many things, but transparent is not one of them.
In the latest example of an administration-in-hiding, the White House refused to make Biden’s personal physician available during his bout with COVID – despite five decades of precedent for such occasions. Instead, they relied on carefully parsed statements as well as briefings from a doctor who hadn’t even examined Biden.
But the information blackout certainly doesn’t end there.
Biden and his team "just don't have anything."

Administration officials have dodged the American people on just about every major issue. Biden has done just three press interviews in 2022 – a total dwarfed by all his modern predecessors. And press briefings by Karine Jean-Pierre – allegedly Biden’s top spokesperson – have become ceremonial affairs imbued by dodges and empty promises of more information.
Taken together, it paints a picture of a White House shrouded in secrecy, ambiguity, and lies.
One thing is very clear: the Biden White House is avoiding questions.
Why?
