Biden's policy? Putin appeasement

Rapid Response

As Russian aggression at the Ukrainian border escalates, Joe Biden’s feckless policy of appeasement is putting America’s national security in jeopardy.

It started when Biden waived sanctions on Russia’s Nord Stream 2 pipeline, handing Vladimir Putin a major strategic win with nothing in return – just weeks after a Russian criminal group disrupted America’s energy supply with a ransomware attack.

Now, despite warnings from U.S. intelligence officials of an impending “massive” offensive by Russia in Ukraine, Biden is offering yet another “accommodation” to Russia. He is even reportedly considering pressuring the Ukrainian government to cede some of its territory to Russia in an exchange for a promise that Putin will not launch a further invasion.

That’s the literal definition of “appeasement.”

Biden’s call to “work out” an “accommodation” for Russia – while its military maintains a massive presence at the Ukrainian border – “infuriated” NATO allies and sparked outrage among our European partners.

That’s not surprising for a guy who has been “wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades.”

Putin knows Biden is weak, and he’s exploiting Biden’s incompetence.
