Biden's "right track" on COVID?

Rapid Response

Biden thinks we are on the “right track” on COVID. Did he forget what he said just a few weeks ago?

Biden on December 20, 2021: “we are looking at a winter of severe illness and death.”

Yesterday, after record shattering new COVID case numbers, testing shortages, treatment rationing, rising hospitalizations, closing schools, and shuttering businesses: “I’m confident we’re on the right track.”

And while Biden insisted we are on the “right track,” his acting FDA Commissioner Janet Woodcock said yesterday “most people are going to get COVID.” So much for Biden’s broken promised to “shut down the virus.”

So we’ve had a winter of severe illness, compounded by Biden’s failure to order enough treatments and tests, and Biden think that’s the right track? If Biden abided by his own standard, he would resign. But in his warped reality, his own standards apparently don’t apply to him.
