Biden’s claim that the border crisis he created is “seasonal” and “happens every single solitary year” is officially debunked.
According to newly released data from Customs and Border Protection, 188,829 illegal immigrants were encountered at the border in June, passing last month’s record as the highest number in over two decades.
And about Biden’s seasonality claim? See the orange line in the graph below representing 2019, the last border crisis? Encounters dropped in June as Trump worked to address the spike in crossings and the weather heated up. (Numbers remained low through 2020).
There could not be a greater contrast than this fiscal year, represented by the blue line. Encounters shot up after Biden took office, and instead of dropping in June, the number of encounters INCREASED.
Biden’s lies about the border crisis look more foolish than ever. And Harris’ attempts to address the “root causes”? An objective failure, especially since the TRUE root cause is Biden’s failed open borders agenda.
Biden’s border crisis is worse than ever. He should reverse his disastrous policies and secure the border.
