Don’t worry it’s just an economic “transition” … that’s the line the Biden administration is going with on the recession. I guess the guy who comes up with new excuses at the White House took the week off, because that’s the same “bull sh*t” we’ve been hearing for over a year.
Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre even insisted “we’re seeing a transition into stable and steady growth” … when the U.S. economy literally SHRANK two quarters in a row.
And Joe Biden? He arrogantly and stubbornly denied reality, claiming “that doesn't sound like a recession to me” before fleeing from questions. Never mind that his own economic advisors have repeatedly defined recession as two consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth, and never mind that 64% of Americans say we are in a recession.
Biden “transitioned” our economy to a 40-year inflation high, and now he is “transitioning” our economy to a recession. One thing is for sure, you can’t help this country out of a recession you refuse to recognize even exists.
