College Freshman or Vice President?

Rapid Response

Much like a college freshman struggling to reach their book report’s minimum word count, Kamala Harris is an expert at extraneous verbiage.

But judging by her interview yesterday on CNN, that may be her only area of expertise.

In a remarkable stretch of non-answers, Kamala’s 21-minute sit-down was truly a clinic in dodging the important questions:

  • Gas prices: “Let’s just say that this is a very real problem and, um, we have to do something about it.”
  • Inflation: “I think that there can be no higher priority than what we have been clear is our highest priority.”
  • Abortion: “First of all, if you are a parent of sons, do think about what this means for the life of your son and what that will mean in terms of the choices he will have.”
  • Filibuster: “I think that [Biden] has been clear about…what the president and our administration have within our toolkit to do – and so far that’s what we’ve been pursuing.”
  • ”Codifying” abortion-on-demand: “Do what now?”

That doesn’t even include her comments floating travel vouchers for abortions and Biden’s re-election.

Of course, there’s a reason her approval rating is in the tank. The problems facing Americans are getting worse and worse – and Americans don’t trust this administration to help.
