Customs and Border Protection just confirmed that there were 221,303 illegal immigrant encounters in March.
Not only is that a new record under Biden, it is the worst single month at the border in DHS history, and more than any month on record except for 2 months in 2000. FY2022 is on pace to be the single worst year since Border Patrol began keeping track in 1924.
In fact, there have already been more encounters at the southwest border in 14 months under Biden than in 4 years under President Trump. And that doesn’t even count the over 600,000 “gotaways” who have crossed the border and escaped into the U.S. since Biden took office.
Biden’s crisis is of historic proportions, and it is only getting worse.
