That is a bombshell revelation, especially given the credibility of the whistleblower.
Shapley has 14 years’ experience taking on some of the largest cases at the IRS. Further, he is one of MULTIPLE whistleblowers who have come forward to allege interference, and Shapley has real-time emails corroborating his claims.
And on top of all that, The New York Times has corroborated a key part of what Shapley is alleging, “that Mr. Weiss reached out to the top federal prosecutor in Washington, Matthew Graves, to ask his office to pursue charges and was rebuffed.”
