Ketanji Brown Jackson provided a series of answers that only raise more questions on how she would rule if confirmed.

When asked if she could provide a definition of the word “woman,” Jackson said “I can’t.” How is she supposed to adjudicate on Title VII and Title IX claims without having a definition?

When asked when life begins, she said, “I don’t know.” The Biden administration wants to force pro-life Americans to fund late-term abortions and pro-life doctors to perform them. If confirmed, would she rule on these cases with no consideration that the baby is alive?

When confronted on a case in which she gave a lenient sentence to a child predator, she struggled to defend her statements and sentence, and claimed “I don’t remember.” But just last year she said, “I remember [the] case well.”

On critical race theory, she claimed it was not taught in school, but Sen. Ted Cruz quickly pointed out it was taught at a school where she sits on the board.

Education, women’s rights, the right to life, sentencing … these are fundamental issues, and Jackson refused or was unable to give the answers the American people deserve.
