Just days after Biden “Energy” Secretary Jennifer Granholm called California a model on energy for the rest of the nation, the state’s energy provider threatened rolling blackouts.

And not only that, California has some of the highest gas prices in the nation.
So what part of California’s “energy” policy does the Biden administration want to nationalize? Blackouts, high costs, mandates? Our guess, all three.
