Democrats want to defund the police, and when crime surges, claim crime doesn’t exist.

Seriously, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s response to the smash-and-grab robberies hitting retailers in Democrat-run cities across the country is to CLAIM THEY DON’T EVEN EXIST: “A lot of these allegations of organized retail theft are not actually panning out.”
AOC thinks this organized robbery in the San Francisco Bay Area is fake:
That this store in Chicago wasn’t robbed:
That this man made up seeing up to 20 thieves stealing every sledgehammer in a Home Depot in Los Angeles:
That up to 80 robbers did not storm this Nordstrom in the San Francisco Bay Area, ransacking the store until escaping in waiting getaway cars:
And those are only a few of the many examples of smash-and-grabs AOC is denying happened.
Honestly, her outright denial is only one step worse than Biden’s Press Secretary Jen Psaki bizarrely blaming the pandemic for organized crime, even though law enforcement has told us that the Democrats’ “bad law and bad policy” are “undoubtedly…driving this most recent spike in crime.”
But what does Joe Biden have to say? So far, nothing.
So far, the official stances of the Democrat Party are to either claim crime does not exist or to insist one of the symptoms of COVID is a sudden urge to loot Home Depot. It’s clear: Democrats can’t even recognize reality, let alone protect our nation’s city streets.
