Senator Jon Ossoff is doubling
down on his 15 votes for the longest government shutdown in American history —
one that ripped paychecks from more than 100,000 Georgians and
cut food assistance from over one million families.
Democrats not only hurt their
own constituents, they damaged the economy when
they selfishly shut down the government over a healthcare crisis of their own
making.
Remember: In 2022, Democrat Senators and Representatives voted to
allow the Obamacare subsidies to expire in December 2025 without a
single Republican vote. This crisis is their mess.
Now, Democrats are in full panic mode as they desperately try to shift blame to
Republicans while refusing to work with them or
bring any real solutions.
