Democrats Love Election Deniers

Yesterday was another historic day in Congress.  

All 212 House Democrats voted multiple times to make Hakeem Jeffries — a notorious ‘Election Denier’ — speaker of the House.

Jeffries’ record of election denialism is well documented — and thoroughly unhinged. 

• Jeffries declared the 2016 election was “ILLEGITIMATE,” “rigged,” and a “hoax.” 
• Jeffries called to “investigate [Trump’s] so-called victory.” 
• Jeffries said “the more we learn about 2016 election the more ILLEGITIMATE it becomes.” 
• Jeffries claimed Russia “artificially” put Trump in the White House. 
• Jeffries referred to Trump as a “fake president” at least 73 times. 

In total, Jeffries denied the legitimacy of the 2016 election at least 163 times.  

Should we be surprised Democrats are supporting an ‘Election Denier’ for speaker? No. 

Democrats refused to accept the presidential election results of 2000, 2004, and 2016 — and even supported two ‘Election Deniers’ for president and vice president.

To put it another way: New year, same Democrats.
