Democrats' latest rising star
Aftyn Behn, who is running in the special election for Tennessee's 7th Congressional
District — a district where President Trump won by +22 — has been exposed
for smearing Tennessee voters as racist.
In a 2019 op-ed Behn wrote,
"Let me be clear: Tennessee is a racist state. Racism is in the air
we breathe...Our problem with racism in this state is wild and untamed."
Behn has called southern sororities a
"staple of White Supremacy," Republicans "fascists," and
bizarrely claimed she can "get
away with a lot" because she is "white."
Behn, who has been named the "AOC of
Tennessee," recently campaigned with former Vice President Kamala
Harris, Texas Democrat Jasmine Crockett, DNC
Chair Ken Martin , and ousted DNC Vice-Chair David Hogg...
real winners in a Trump +22 district.
If Behn hates Tennessee voters
so much, how can she be counted on to fairly represent them?
