Democrats put politics over people

The Democrats are putting partisan politics before people.

Thousands of Americans are stranded in Afghanistan, but Nancy Pelosi is prioritizing the Democrats’ partisan federal takeover of elections. Well, prioritizing it now that’s she finished wining and dining mega donors in Napa Valley.

And what is she trying to force through while Americans are rightly focused on Afghanistan? H.R.4 – their federal election takeover.

• H.R.4 is yet another federal election takeover designed to thwart election integrity.
• It gives the Biden Justice Department the power to overturn state-level election integrity reforms that make it easier to vote and harder to cheat.
  • Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland has already shown that he’s willing to launch baseless lawsuits against these states to further Biden’s political agenda.
• Activists posing as an “aggrieved citizen” would be able to flood the courts and overwhelm state and local governments.

The Democrats’ claim that they want these powers to protect the right to vote is ludicrous and baseless. It is easier to vote now than ever, and minority voter turnout has been going up for decades. Discrimination is illegal.

So why do Democrats want these powers? To overturn commonsense election integrity reforms that a vast majority of Americans support.

Just like Biden, Congressional Democrats are turning their backs on Americans stranded in Afghanistan, all to pass a bill Americans don’t want.
