DIRE: 600,000 fewer jobs created in 2021 than Biden promised

Rapid Response

In February, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) projected 6.2 million jobs would be created in 2021 – an average of 521,000 a month – WITHOUT Biden’s $1.9 trillion “stimulus.”

The White House called this projection “dire.” They said the U.S. needed Biden’s “stimulus,” which would help create a total of seven million jobs this year.

How many jobs ended up being created? 6.4 million — that’s barely above the CBO’s “dire” projection and 600,000 FEWER than Biden promised.

Biden’s $1.9 trillion stimulus was supposed to get the U.S. back to normal and help create seven million jobs. It did neither.

Instead, it fueled the highest inflation rate since 1982.

$1.9 trillion was spent for nothing. It was a total failure, just like everything else Biden has done.
