Kamala Harris cares more about her political image than about actually solving Biden’s border crisis.
Why else, after waiting more than 3 months to do the bare minimum as border czar and visit the border, would she choose to avoid the heart of the crisis and visit a politically friendly district? Unless she just doesn’t know where the crisis is.
According to the Border Patrol, the Rio Grande Valley had 50,793 illegal border crossings in May, 128% more than the entire El Paso sector, which had 22,219.
And what’s worse, her hours long layover at the border is concentrated in an area of the El Paso sector SECURED BY A BORDER WALL.
Even Democrats are admitting Harris’ trip is more about politics than actually solving the crisis.

If Harris cared about finding solutions, she would do more than avoid the areas of the border hardest hit and only visit one spot for a few hours.
Instead, Harris should go where the crisis actually is happening, and then reverse Biden’s open borders agenda that created the crisis in the first place.
