Does Jackson still have no sentencing regrets?

Rapid Response

The Washington Post confirmed today: After Ketanji Brown Jackson sentenced a child predator to only 3 months in prison, he continued his predatory behavior after being released.

This is the same 18-year-old predator who Jackson said was “peers” with his victims and who “presented all of his diplomas and certificates” in order to receive a lighter sentence.

Jackson signed the paperwork acknowledging that he was continuing his predatory behavior for 5 years after she gave him a 3 month sentence. And yet, when Sen. Josh Hawley asked if she regretted any of her sentences, she refused to answer.

Not only was her sentence a mistake, but it’s a mistake she refuses to even recognize. And that is more of a reason she should not be confirmed to the Supreme Court.
