Fetterman Wants To “Free” All Second-Degree Murderers
Kyle - Martinsen

In 2021, John Fetterman admitted he wants to “free close to 1,200” inmates convicted of second-degree murder.

How many second-degree murderers are locked up in Pennsylvania prisons? 1,166 — or “close to 1,200” — according to a report Fetterman commissioned. In other words, Fetterman wants to free every single second-degree murderer.

To Fetterman, a life sentence for MURDER is a “tragedy” — that’s why it’s his top priority to eliminate life without parole.

Unfortunately for Pennsylvanians, Fetterman has turned his dangerous views into action. Since 2020, nearly 10,000 inmates have been released by the Wolf-Fetterman administration. As chair of the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons, Fetterman has helped free multiple first-degree murders, including one who referred to himself as “a son of the devil.”

Homicides are already spiking in Pennsylvania because of Democrats' pro-criminal policies, and now Fetterman wants more convicted murderers on the street.
