Yesterday, failed California
Governor – and chronic
liar – Gavin Newsom was exposed for
lying about California cooperating with ICE.
Newsom has repeatedly smeared the brave men
and women of ICE and made California a sanctuary for
criminal illegal aliens.
Democrat Governors across the
country have made it clear they care more about protecting criminal illegal
aliens than the American people:
- Connecticut
Governor Ned
Lamont : “We make sure that we don’t know their immigration
status” so he can protect criminal illegal aliens in his state.
- Illinois
Governor JB
Pritzker : bragged about his "Illinois Accountability
Commission" created to gather "evidence" to hold ICE
"accountable."
- Maine
Governor Janet Mills: "The
time calls for it" talking about a bill she let a law pass that
banned state police cooperation with ICE agents.
- Minnesota
Governor Tim
Walz: ICE is "doing nothing to make us safer"
and "does nothing to address immigration."
- New
York Governor Kathy
Hochul: “New York will not allow the use of state resources to
assist in federal immigration raids."
- New
Jersey Governor-elect Mikie
Sherrill: smeared ICE agents as a "secret police
force."
- Virginia
Governor-elect Abigail Spanberger:
"I oppose any mandates that require localities to do the work of
ICE officials."
- Washington
Governor Bob
Ferguson : "We need to be direct about what is happening in
our country, and our state, with ICE…it needs to stop now.”
The Department of Homeland
security released a statement that 70% of the arrests ICE
makes are of criminal illegal aliens charged or convicted of a
crime in the United States (arrests of these heinous criminals can be found here).
Crime is a choice,
and these failed Democrat Governors are choosing to let Americans become
victims.
