In April, Biden Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm told Congress (under oath) that she did not own any individual stocks.
She was lying.

She was lying. Today, Granholm admitted she did, in fact, own stock in MULTIPLE companies — including Ford, which falls directly in her jurisdiction. pic.twitter.com/qayLbz131d
In a Friday night news dump, Granholm admitted she did, in fact, own individual stocks “as recently as May,” including her husband’s “previously undisclosed investment in Ford Motor Co., an automotive brand that falls squarely in her jurisdiction.”
This is hardly Granholm’s first brush with ethical impropriety. Last year, Granholm violated federal stock disclosure laws at least nine times by failing to report hundreds of thousands of dollars in stock trades and came under fire for her multi-million-dollar stake in an electric battery manufacturer repeatedly touted by the administration. Granholm was also chastised by a federal watchdog for blatant partisan activism in her official capacity.
Biden once touted the “highest ethical standards of any administration” — but much like everything else, it was a lie.
