We’re counting down Kamala Harris’ ‘Not Top 5 Plays.’ There were plenty to choose from – she sure had one terrible week.
Number 5: Her failed foreign trip was bumpy from the start. After she visited the border in 2018 and a detention center in 2019, Harris dismissed calls for her to go to the border, and insisted it would only be a “grand gesture.” Why would it only be a “grand gesture” now but not then?

Number 4: Apparently changing her mind, Harris later rolled her eyes when asked if she would visit the border, claiming she would. No specifics were given.

Number 3: For some reason, Harris kept laughing at the border crisis. This time while saying she was in Guatemala when she was actually in Mexico.

Number 2: Harris STILL struggled to answer basic questions about the border even after she returned from her trip abroad. She rebuffed a reporter asking the question we all want an answer to – when will she finally visit the border. Her answer? “I will keep you posted.”

Before we get to number 1, a few honorable mentions:
And finally, Number 1: The instant classic, now infamously bad answer, laughing and responding “I haven’t been to Europe, I mean I don’t understand the point that you’re making” when called out on avoiding the border. Yikes! She knows the border crisis is on the U.S. border, right?

There’s a reason the reviews of Harris’ first foreign trip as vice president aren’t good – even from Biden’s White House.
Border crossings hit another 21-year high in May, cartel activity is “spilling over” the border, and a “river” of highly lethal drugs are entering the U.S.
The true “root cause” is Biden’s failed open borders agenda. If the administration wants to turn around their disastrous policies, they should start by having Biden and Harris visit the border. Unfortunately for Americans, they seem more bent on doubling down on failure.
