Not only should the illegal immigrant accused of stabbing eight people and killing two in Las Vegas not have been in the country, he should have been in jail.
According to a new report from the Daily Mail, he was arrested for domestic violence in July 2019, but his case was dropped when then-Los Angeles District Attorney Jackie Lacey, a Democrat, failed to bring charges on time.
Not only that, ICE had no previous record of the illegal immigrant even after his July 2019 arrest. Los Angeles formerly declared itself a sanctuary city in February 2019.

Democrats like Catherine Cortez Masto refuse to secure the border, and liberal DAs – through incompetence, policy, or both – refuse to enforce the law. It is costing lives, and it needs to end.
