“Mice, roaches, and bugs infestation,” “highly hazardous,” “junk, trash, & debris on premise,” “ceiling surfaces [that] are soiled and unsanitary,” “we have a smell here,” “horrific and ridiculous,” “sickening” … these are just some of the ways residents and city reports describe the low-income apartments owned by Raphael Warnock’s church.
As reported by The Washington Free Beacon, the complex has been cited with multiple Atlanta housing code violations for the terrible, downright “sickening” conditions, including for mold, rodent infestations, and electrical fires.
Reminder: Warnock is the head of the Ebenezer Building Foundation, the organization that owns 99% of the complex. Another reminder: Warnock has doubled his income while in the Senate.
