These two comparisons show just how open the border is under Joe Biden.
Catch and Release: In Trump’s final year in office, 359 illegal immigrants were released by Border Patrol. Under Biden, almost 600,000 have been released into the U.S., with over 560,000 released in the last 12 months.
To make things worse, Biden plans to release more than 600,000 illegal immigrants into the U.S. in the next six months from ICE custody. Tens of thousands of these released illegal immigrants have gone missing.
Gotaways: In Biden’s first 14 months in office there have been more than 600,000 illegal immigrants who have crossed the border and escaped into the U.S. – that’s more than in Trump’s entire 4-year term. Almost twice as many gotaways have escaped into the U.S. in just the last six months under Biden than Trump’s entire final year in office.
We know terrorists, murderers, rapists, and gang members are trying to cross the border. We have NO IDEA who these people are, only that they purposefully wanted to enter our country and not be caught.
Hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants caught and released, and hundreds of thousands more escaping into the country. That is the definition of open borders and it’s the direct result of Biden’s agenda.
