Karine Jean-Pierre insisted yesterday that Biden “was never in business with his son.”
That’s quite a change from the previous line that Biden has “never discussed” Hunter’s foreign business deals.
"Curious if the White House and the president still stand behind his comment that he's never been involved and has never even spoken to his son about his business?"

Biden’s blanket denials are nothing new; he has been spouting the same lie to a friendly media for years.
So why this sudden shift in rhetoric?
It couldn’t possibly be because of overwhelming evidence Joe Biden is, in fact, the “Big Guy.” It certainly couldn’t be the allegations of corruption by multiple “highly credible” whistleblowers or the alleged evidence implicating Biden in an international bribery scheme. And it surely couldn’t be because of forthcoming testimony from Hunter’s former business partner and best friend, Devon Archer.
We’ve known for years that Biden met with Hunter’s business associates on at least 16 occasions between 2010 and 2018, including at the White House. There are texts, voicemails, emails, and photos showing the depths to which the corruption runs — and Biden still denies it.
One thing we know for sure is the Bidens love power.
Don’t expect them to give it up anytime soon.
