Inflation is Up and Biden is to Blame
Jake - Schneider

Consumer prices rose 0.4 percent in February and 3.2 percent from one year ago — “HOTTER than expected.”

Americans’ affordability crisis veers into another month.

Overall prices have risen 18.6 percent since Biden took office — with electricity up 28.4 percent, food prices up 21.2 percent, and rent up 20 percent.

Americans’ earnings have also taken a massive hit, with real average weekly earnings down by 4.2 percent since Biden took office; they rose by 8.2 percent during President Trump’s term.

RECALL: In 2021, Biden claimed “long-term inflation” was “highly unlikely” — but he was wrong. In fact, inflation has averaged 5.6 percent year-over-year under Biden, more than double the level of inflation under any of the last four presidents and well above the Fed’s target rate of two percent.

Under President Trump, inflation averaged 1.9 percent — right on target.

Americans were better off under President Trump and they will be once again.
