Is Biden scared to confront his best buddy Xi?

Biden cares more about his best buddy Xi Jinping than getting answers for the American people.

You’d think a president that openly brags about his relationship with Xi Jinping could actually get something productive done, but you’d be wrong.

Now we know why Biden is always bragging about spending time with China’s Communist leader...

Biden promised to hold communist China accountable for obstructing the investigation into COVID-19. But months after Biden’s own intelligence report found that China was doing just that, he’s done nothing.

During the campaign, Joe Biden promised that he would “insist” on answers from China’s communist government on COVID-19’s origins.

But as president, Biden conceded he has not confronted Xi Jinping.

It’s the latest in a string of broken promises on China and COVID. He:

Promised to “shut down the virus.”
- He failed.
Spread disinformation about Operation Warp Speed during the campaign.
He has never apologized.

Pledged to stand up for human rights.
- Instead, he downplayed China’s abhorrent human rights record as “different norms,” and has gone out of his way to not criticize Xi.
Said he’d promote U.S. jobs.
He is killing U.S. jobs with his radical climate agenda while giving China a free pass.
His administration is buying Chinese drones instead.
Promised to confront Chinese military and technological encroachments.

And now, Biden has so far let China off the hook for obstructing the investigation into COVID-19.

Biden needs to confront Xi Jinping during their virtual summit and then outline concrete steps on how he’ll hold Xi accountable in front of the American people. But unfortunately if there is one thing Biden has proven, it’s that instead of standing up for America, he will always cave to adversaries and special interests.
